In my own family, the absence of a Will changed everything. What should have been a time of mourning and togetherness turned into years spent in courtrooms—draining us emotionally, financially, and mentally. The silence left behind by my forefathers’ unwritten wishes cost us precious time, peace, and resources that can never truly be recovered. That experience stayed with me.

I realised that in India, Will writing is often delayed not because families don’t care, but because the process feels intimidating, complicated, and expensive. Many believe it’s something to be done “later”—until later becomes too late. I knew this had to change.

Our goal was simple: make it accessible, affordable, secure, and legally sound for every Indian family.
